I have been teaching, both as a private tutor and in the classroom, since 2008. I have a B.A. and an honorary M.A. in Classics from Cambridge University, as well as an M.A. in Writing for Young People from Bath Spa University in the U.K. As a student I achieved a perfect score on the verbal section of the SAT and fives on the AP English exams. My thorough grounding in Latin and my passion for literature also make me an excellent tutor in English. Whether you need help analyzing and understanding a book for you English class, organizing and writing an essay or term paper, or simply solidifying your knowledge of English grammar, I am able and happy to assist you. Because I have a passion for learning, and because I have a dyslexia-related disability myself, I am able to approach each student as an individual with unique needs.
